Head of Network & Network Security Services

Job Summary:

The Head of Network & Network Security Services, based in Algosystems in Athens Greece, will lead and develop Algosystems’ Network & Network Security Services, ensuring secure, high-quality, and reliable delivery to enterprise customers while building scalable and profitable Managed Services.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead Network & Network Security Services delivery, ensuring availability, security, SLA performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and evolve the Managed Services portfolio across enterprise networking, connectivity and network security, introducing new services and capabilities.
• Drive operational excellence through standardization, automation, proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement.
• Act as a senior technology and service partner for customers, collaborating with Sales and Presales on major opportunities, solution architecture and network transformation initiatives.
• Manage strategic vendor and partner relationships, supporting technology capabilities and business growth.
• Own the domain’s performance, including capacity, utilization, cost efficiency, budgeting, growth and profitability.
• Build, coach and develop high-performing teams through structured skills development, certifications, career paths and succession planning.
• Collaborate across technology, delivery and commercial teams to deliver integrated solutions and services and identify opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications and Work Experience

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise Networking and/or Network Security, including technical leadership and people management experience.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking and network security technologies and architectures.
• Experience in Managed Network Services, NOC operations or large-scale enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, training and developing technical professionals.
• Strong customer orientation combined with commercial and financial awareness.
• Knowledge of modern technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, ZTNA etc.
• Experience in developing and launching new managed services or capabilities will be considered an advantage.
• University degree in a relevant technology discipline; professional or vendor certifications are desirable.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
