Position summary
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. The role contributes to operational excellence by maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, issuing shipping documentation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and health & safety requirements. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.

A day in the life

  • Execute order picking, packing, replenishment, and dispatch activities in accordance with operational requirements and service standards.
  • Receive incoming goods and perform quantity and quality verification checks.
  • Ensure accurate registration of goods and transactions within company systems.
  • Maintain proper storage and organization of products according to warehouse standards and best practices
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including e-delivery notes, and coordinate product shipments.
  • Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders regarding shipment schedules, delays, or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

What makes you successful

  • High School Diploma. Additional education or certification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or inventory management operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar ERP systems is considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
