Both sites have signature golf courses, while at Navarino Hills there are two further signature golf courses.
We are looking for an H&S Officer to join our Health & Safety team, covering both resort operations and active construction sites. The role reports to the Health & Safety Manager.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily Health & Safety inspections on construction sites and audits on resort operations, ensuring compliance with applicable Greek legislation, EU regulations and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Provide Health & Safety guidance and support for new projects, primarily the construction of new villas, as well as CAPEX and infrastructure works across the hotels.
- Coordinate and oversee the Work Permit system.
- Maintain the incident reporting system and participate in incident investigations, supporting the identification of root causes and appropriate corrective actions.
- Identify, assess and control physical hazards across construction sites and resort facilities.
- Monitor non-conformances and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline).
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, with experience in construction sites/technical projects.
- Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Good knowledge of Greek and EU health & safety legislation; experience with ISO systems.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
