We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive People & Culture Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle and coordinate monthly payroll activities in collaboration with an external payroll provider. The People & Culture Administrator will play a key role in ensuring accurate employee records, timely administration, compliance with labour regulations, and smooth payroll operations. This position requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, discretion when handling confidential information, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the business. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, drawing up People & Culture documents, corresponding with legal advisors, lawyers and police on foreign employee’s topics, payroll preparation activities, updating company policies and ensuring they comply with labour laws.

What will you do?
  • Manage and maintain employee records, personnel files, and People & Culture systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, annexes, confirmations, decisions, employment certificates, and other People & Culture related documentation.
  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer processes.
  • Maintain records related to working time, absences, annual leave, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, and other employee data.
  • Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the external payroll provider.
  • Prepare and submit payroll inputs, including employee changes, attendance, absences, and variable compensation data.
  • Review payroll outputs for accuracy and assist in resolving payroll-related queries.
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure timely and compliant payroll administration.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding People & Culture policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Support immigration and work permit administration for foreign employees where applicable.
  • Assist in updating People & Culture policies, procedures, and employee communications.
  • Generate People & Culture reports, maintain People & Culture metrics, and support audits and compliance activities.
  • Participate in People & Culture projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Raising purchase requests for business operations.
  • And other tasks as requested by line manager.
What do you need to succeed?
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration, payroll administration, or a similar role.
  • Experience working with an external payroll provider is considered a strong advantage.
  • Good understanding of employment legislation and HR administrative processes.
  • Experience maintaining HRIS and employee databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
