Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management and stakeholder management in financial operations.
- Experience in governance and interpretation of agreement deliverables and connection to financial operations/processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in the networking/telecom/data centers space.
- Excellent communication internally and externally in a global operations environment with multiple-competing priorities.
- Development of commercial models that are actionable and easy to follow.
- Reporting design, development, and oversight.
- Very high attention to details, comfortable with identifying and addressing fine-tune changes.

Vendor Management Organization (VMO) partners with stakeholders across GGI (Google Global Infrastructure), providing services including, but not limited, vendors strategy for outsourced workforce, agreements, suppliers management, financials and spend, risk management.
As part of this team, you will have a approach to develop and implement top vendor programs, create optimized connections between agreements and funding, manage vendors performance, and measure the impact of your recommendations.

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end execution of a global commercial operations environment supported by the external workforce and Full Time Employees (FTEs) (agreements, funding, deliverables, governance).
- Identify process gaps, implement scalable changes, and measure improvements to existing process frameworks and operations. Work to manage risks across GGI and develop best practices for extended workforce management.
- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and ensure all aspects of vendor KPIs and SLAs are tracked accurately and consistently met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., external workforce, finance, legal, risk, compliance) and liaise with vendors and technical agreement owners on day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to stakeholders and vendor business reviews, driving change by influence, fostering innovation, and acting as the go-to subject matter expert for the assigned VMO function and product areas.
