At Röhlig Logistics Ireland, our Dublin office is a close-knit team of 7 people with ambitious plans for profitable growth. We are looking for a commercially driven Inside Sales & Pricing Executive who can proactively identify and qualify opportunities, prepare competitive freight solutions, manage pricing activity and support the Managing Director in converting new and existing customer potential into sustainable business.

Whatyou will do:

• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities through telephone, email, digital channels and marketing generated leads
• Prepare and follow up spot quotes, customer FCL rates and commercially competitive freight solutions
• Manage a disciplined sales pipeline, CRM activity, opportunity records and forecasts in line with Global requirements
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations and Marketing to convert opportunities and support smooth customer onboarding
• Use customer insight, market information and sales data to identify opportunities for profitable growth, cross-selling and customer retention

Whatyou will bring:

• 2-3 years relevant B2B sales, inside sales, freight quotations or commercial experience; freight forwarding or logistics experience strongly preferred
• Relevant third level qualification desirable; equivalent commercial experience will also be considered
• Good understanding of freight forwarding and air, ocean and road products, or the ability to develop this knowledge quickly
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify opportunities and sell confidently by telephone, email and digital channels
• Commercial awareness, including an understanding of pricing, margin/gross profit and profitable customer growth
• Strong questioning, active listening, communication, influencing and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels
• Customer focused, organised and self motivated, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work independently against targets
• Strong CRM discipline and good IT skills including AI; confident using digital sales and customer solutions
• Analytical approach with the ability to use sales data, customer feedback and market intelligence to identify opportunities
• Collaborative team player able to work effectively with external sales, Product, Pricing, Operations, Marketing and digital specialists
