KNOW THE ROLE

Dyson in Brown Thomas Galway are looking for a Hair Stylist to join their team on a part time contract.

We are seeking a dedicated Dyson Representative to join our electrical department team. As a Dyson Representative, you will be the go-to expert for all Dyson hair care queries, providing personalized assistance and guidance to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Educating customers on Dyson hair care products, including features, benefits, and usage techniques.
• Demonstrating Dyson hair care devices to showcase their effectiveness and versatility.
• Assisting customers in selecting the right Dyson product to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Providing after-sales support, including troubleshooting, and addressing any concerns or inquiries regarding Dyson products.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of Dyson's latest innovations and technologies to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Collaborating with the electrical department team to ensure a seamless customer experience and assist with departmental tasks as needed.

KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
• Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for Dyson products, particularly in the realm of hair care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable approach to tasks.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Flexibility to assist in various tasks within the electrical department as required.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our customers and the business.
