Position Overview

As a SCM Planner Student at Cellebrite, you will assist the Planning team and support the day-to-day supply, order management, and Support D2D activities. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn end-to-end planning in a fast-paced operations environment, leveraging AI-powered tools and data analytics to help drive smarter, faster planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply – Support the building and maintenance of supply schedules across multiple product lines, monitor material availability, and help ensure product supply continuity.
  • Order Management – Handle and track the sales orders end-to-end, follow up on order status with 3PL sites, and help resolve discrepancies to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to support forecasting, inventory optimization, and improved planning processes.
  • Maintain and update planning data in the ERP system and generate ongoing reports for the planning team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Handle PMO admin activities to support planning operations, including documentation, tracking, and status reporting.

Requirements

  • Student for a BSc. in Industrial Engineering (or a related field) from an acknowledged institute, with at least 2–3 semesters remaining.
  • Available to work at least 3 days a week, on-site at IL – KM.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office – proficiency in Excel.
  • ERP experience – Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.
  • Proven capabilities using AI tools to support planning and analysis – required.
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
