Key Responsibilities
- AI solution development: Build and deploy AI tools and workflows using platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath, and other automation frameworks.
- Integration & enablement: Connect AI agents with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, M365), external APIs, and knowledge bases for seamless interoperability.
- Process automation: Identify repetitive tasks and design intelligent automation to improve efficiency.
- Security & identity integration: Secure agent interactions via encryption, authentication, and authorization; integrate with identity platforms (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Entra ID, AD FS) for access control.
- Governance & compliance: Partner with cybersecurity on data protection and threat modeling, ensuring solutions meet security, ethical, and compliance standards.
- Collaboration & training: Enable AI literacy across teams through best-practice documentation and internal training.
- Continuous improvement: Collect feedback, iterate, and contribute to a culture of innovation and scale.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or master's in computer science, AI, machine learning, data science, or a related field, or equivalent related experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in software development, including 2+ years in AI/ML engineering.
- AI & automation foundations: Strong grasp of AI concepts, ML pipelines, and automation tools; hands-on with Copilot Studio, UiPath, and SharePoint.
- Agentic & context engineering: Multi-agent workflows for complex tasks; context management via RAG, semantic chunking, and memory persistence; MCP-based context-aware systems including prompt engineering and context-window optimization; agent orchestration and A2A (agent-to-agent) systems.
- Cloud & integration: Cloud AI platforms (Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and/or Google Vertex AI), API integrations, and data-quality validation.
- Development languages: .NET, C#, Python, Java, API development, SQL, PowerShell, Unix shell scripting.
- Ways of working: Strong problem-solving, fast-paced agile delivery, and cross-team communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Generative AI & agents: Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems.
- Governance & responsible AI: Interest in AI governance, security, and ethical frameworks.
Delivery mindset: Adapts quickly and delivers quick wins while maintaining enterprise standards.
