Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and managing comprehensive project management tasks for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires coordinating various activities to ensure smooth execution within a globally distributed delivery environment. The practitioner actively monitors project progress, aligns resources, and collaborates with multiple stakeholders to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Attention to detail and proactive management are essential to navigate the complexities of global project execution and to support the overall success of the initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
• Support the documentation and reporting of project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist junior team members in understanding project processes and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple project tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders across different regions.
• Ability to analyze project data and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
• Capability to adapt to dynamic project environments and manage changing priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Program Project Management.
