Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
- The primary focus of the role is using deep techno functional knowledge to drive transformation in any or all record to report areas which may not necessarily involve any technology implementation. The role is not focused on hands on technology implementation rather driving transformation in record to report areas holistically as a transformation lead (not PMO).
- Deep end to end techno functional experience on record to report data structure & process flows in an SAP/Oracle/other ERP environment.
- Optimising record to report processes including i) Chart of Accounts & Accounting Master Data, ii) Manual Journal Entries & their automation, iii) Accruals, iv) Intercompany reconciliation, v) Account reconciliation in the areas of cash & bank, sales, etc., vi) Consolidation process, vii) Production & filing of financial statements including notes & disclosures, viii) Cost Accounting & Inventory, ix) Data analytics
- Advise CFOs, Controllers and senior finance leaders on enterprise-wide controllership transformation.
- Shape AI, automation and analytics use cases for finance functions and oversee integration into target operating models.
- Deep knowledge in Record to report, invoice to pay and Order to cash areas
- Certification and/or sound experience in ERPs like SAP, Oracle etc.,
- Certification and/or sound experience in digital finance solutions like Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, Different RPA solutions
- Knowledge about AI/ML/Gen-AI & Analytics solution in finance space particularly in Record to Report areas.
- Expert knowledge of consolidation, reporting, inter-company and ERP data structures
- Strong experience in current state analysis (As is), future state analysis (To be), process optimization, data optimization, data analytics, data management.
- Strong consulting and transformation mindset
- Strong business development skills
- Very strong solution conceptualization/ideation and product build skills
- Strong project management skills

- MBA in Finance
Experience
- •\t11+ Years of relevant consulting experience in record to report transformation (not Industry user experience) •\tExperience of working with clients across India and/or global geographies preferred •\tPrevious Experience with consulting firms
