Security Specialist - Cyber Awareness & Vendor Management

1. A role responsible for developing, executing, and managing the bank's cyber awareness initiatives and vendor risk management program.
2. This position plays a critical role in mitigating cybersecurity risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring that the bank’s employees and stakeholders are aware of the latest cybersecurity threats, best practices, and protocols.
3. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and vendor management processes.

Managerial Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and execution of the bank’s cybersecurity awareness program to educate employees, contractors, and partners on cybersecurity risks, policies, and best practices.
2. Collaborate with the IT and Security teams to ensure consistent messaging and the implementation of security controls across the organization.
3. Design and deliver engaging, effective, and comprehensive cyber awareness training, campaigns, and workshops.
4. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the awareness program, leveraging metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Maintain vendor inventory, engagements including onboarding, off-boarding, payments, agreements etc.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for vendors of the ISMD team.
3. Track vendor performance metrics ensuring compliance with SLAs.
4. Create and manage annual budget for the division and oversee the consumption.

Graduate/ Post graduate (Engineering/Science/Commerce)
