Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in an international organization.
Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries, cultures and legal environments.
Deep expertise in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on quality of hire rather than simply filling vacancies.
Strong experience with an internationally distributed workforce, ideally including Europe, the US and APAC/Hong Kong.
Proven understanding of how to define role requirements, competencies and success profiles and translate them into effective recruitment processes.
Strong experience using modern sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, assessment tools and data-driven selection techniques.
Proven experience in leading, developing, and coaching HR teams, with a hands-on approach to building a high-performing and collaborative team culture.
