About the Role

As a Branch Administrator (Customer Service Coordinator), you'll play a key administrative role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Working closely with customers, drivers, suppliers and internal teams, you'll ensure hire contracts, scheduling and branch administration are managed accurately and efficiently.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, multitasking and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and processing hire agreements, quotes and invoices
  • Entering and maintaining accurate customer and equipment data
  • Coordinating equipment deliveries, collections and transfers
  • Managing branch administration and documentation
  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Scheduling work and liaising with drivers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring and updating hire records to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Supporting the branch team with general administrative and operational tasks

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a highly organised administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely support.

You'll be successful if you have:

  • Previous administration, coordination or customer support experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety and following established processes

Experience in equipment hire, transport, logistics or construction administration is advantageous but not essential. Full training will be provided
