Associate Merchandiser (Data)

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Experience: 2-3 years preferred

Role Overview

Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate SKU-level vendor and costing data across global sourcing operations. The role will consolidate pricing updates from vendors, maintain PLM and sourcing trackers, validate cost changes, and coordinate with sourcing teams in WSGO offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate and maintain SKU-level vendor costing.
• Manage vendor pricing revisions, negotiated discounts, and approved cost changes.
• Update and reconcile data across PLM, costing tools.
• Validate data for missing SKUs, duplicates, incorrect costs, and unusual price movements.
• Maintain strong version control, data accuracy, and audit trail.
• Prepare costing MIS, exception reports, and management updates.
• Improve and automate trackers and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years in sourcing/procurement operations, costing, product data, MIS, or vendor management.
• Advanced Excel skills XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS and data validation.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder coordination.
• Power Query / Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
• Preferrable PLM experience and understanding of SKU/product lifecycle.
• English skills both in written and oral.
