As aSales Solution Lead, you will be responsible to identify and maximise both new and existing sales opportunities in Wound Management to achieve agreed sales targets.

Location: Seoul,South Korea

What you’ll do

  • Drive implementation of wound management strategy in healthcare facilities with Mölnlycke portfolio in cooperation with the marketing department.
  • Identify key stakeholders and decision makers in hospital facilities to ensure successful implementation.
  • Update and maintain account plans, ensuring an efficient and effective way of working within the sales territory to maximize business opportunities.
  • Creates awareness of our products and solutions and facilitates through deep understanding and delivering features & benefits of them
  • Provide clinical, technical support and education to key customers and drive wound treatment adoption. Promote the use of Molnlycke products to customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide continuous education and training to external customers to ensure correct usage of products.
  • Lead/ support local conferences and events
  • Promote Molnlycke key products range highlighting the clinical evidence and its technology to obtain customer engagement and buy-in.
  • Develop new opportunities in new disciplines and target new users.
  • Jointly develop KOLs in assigned territory to support commercial, professional, training and marketing activities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor products, as well as customer needs and giving accurate input to the management team to support market development strategies and product mix decisions.
  • Maintain healthy business relationships with customers through planned visits and mutually beneficial activities.
  • Proactively forecast changes in product usage to ensure accurate order completeness.
  • Monitor and participate in tenders with territory.
  • Gather related market and competitor information and report back to relevant stakeholders.

What you’ll need

  • Strong Nursing background and clinical experiences.
  • Strong ability to handle clinical and scientific discussions and negotiate effectively with healthcare professionals, and solid knowledge of skin care and wound care management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficient in English with the ability to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
  • Good attitude and aptitude to work in a team.
  • Possess a high level of accountability and job ownership.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Frequent travel within Korea to conduct professional education to HCPs and distributors.
