Description

We are looking for an IT Administrator to support and maintain our corporate IT environment, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, a seamless user experience, and efficient management of end-user systems and SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide end-user technical support by resolving requests through the ticketing system and ensuring high service quality
  • Administer and support corporate SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Microsoft 365, Miro, Jira, and other internal systems
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and VPN issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents
  • Manage user identity and access lifecycle, including access provisioning, modification, revocation, and validation of access requests
  • Perform technical diagnostics using system logs, terminal, and OS-level tools to resolve complex issues
  • Administer and maintain macOS and Windows workstations, ensuring stable and secure endpoint operations
  • Prepare, deploy, maintain, and recover end-user devices throughout the full hardware lifecycle, while maintaining accurate IT asset inventory
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and IAM teams to continuously improve end-user services, operational processes, and system reliability

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, basic routing and switching
  • Administration of macOS and Windows
  • Terminal / Command Line proficiency
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration
  • Experience with Slack, Jira, Miro
  • MDM administration (Jamf or similar)
  • Technical documentation and knowledge base management
  • Incident documentation and troubleshooting guides
  • Process improvement mindset with experience optimizing IT support workflows
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
