At M&C Home Depot we are seeking a dedicated, hardworking, and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a fast-paced and growing retail environment.

KEY FUNCTIONS

• Provide service excellence.
• Assist customers and generate additional sales.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods.
• Assist with inventory management.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum requirement of a Secondary School Leaving Certificate.
• Five CXC passes at the general proficiency level including Mathematics and English Language would be an asset.
• Good physical condition, stamina, and strength required.

OTHER KEY SKILLS

• Ability to work independently while performing required tasks.
• Ability to demonstrate tact and courtesy, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with other employees and assist in lifting and carrying merchandise/boxes.
• Ability to work within a customer service environment.
• Must be able to tolerate dusty conditions.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to get individual and group tasks completed efficiently and on a timely basis.
