Job Objective

Essential Job Tasks

Areas of Responsibility

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities for catering, banquets, weddings, social events, and corporate functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel partners, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare and present customized catering proposals and event packages to clients.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings to showcase hotel facilities and services.
• Coordinate effectively with culinary, banqueting, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

•Degree in Hospitality Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

•Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, catering sales, banquet sales, or hotel sales.

•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

•Ability to build lasting client relationships and effectively manage multiple accounts.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

•A pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
