- Analyze the underlying causes of changes in delivery flow, quality, developer productivity, and team health indicators.
- Combine quantitative data with qualitative context.
- Distinguish symptoms from systemic causes.

Driving Improvement
- Help leadership teams prioritize areas of focus.

- Identify opportunities to apply AI to trend analysis, natural-language insight summaries, anomaly detection, knowledge discovery, and proactive recommendations.
- Ensure AI-generated insights are validated, explainable, and used as decision support rather than as a substitute for engineering judgment and leadership context.
What Success Looks Like
- Product, Engineering and Platform leadership teams use insights regularly to prioritize improvement opportunities and make better-informed operating decisions.
- Teams move from static reporting to evidence-based conversations that lead to clear actions, owners, and measurable outcomes.
- Recurring execution, quality, delivery flow, and developer experience issues are identified earlier and addressed through focused improvement initiatives.
- Community of Practice leaders receive useful organizational signals that help them prioritize practices, reusable assets, and improvement themes.
- The Product Intelligence platform or insights app improves over time through a strong feedback loop from real leadership and team-level use cases.
- AI-enabled capabilities reduce manual analysis effort and increase the speed, reach, and consistency of insight delivery.

- Experience working directly with senior leadership teams and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycles, and organizational effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of software delivery effectiveness frameworks and metrics, including DORA, SPACE, flow metrics, developer experience, and the appropriate use of metrics as signals rather than targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
