Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive sales planning and effectiveness initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Lead sales reporting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and performance measurement.
• Drive sales process improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Design and support sales incentive, training, and coaching initiatives to strengthen sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tools, systems, and insights that support commercial success.

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
• Experience in sales planning, performance management, or business analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence change and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

You should

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Full Professional Qualification in the related field (Marketing/ Sales/ Business Management/ Logistics or any other related field)

• Be excellent in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Posses ability to drive sales growth and build strong partnerships within the sector.

• Possess high integrity with a proven compliance record and strong work ethics.
