Key purpose of the Job

The Senior Executive – Learning & Development In Charge is responsible for developing the training calendar and ensuring the effective planning and execution of training programmes. The role holder will also support the Front End HR & Admin Lead in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and evaluating the effectiveness of training programmes.

Additionally, the role holder will oversee the administration of the Performance Management System and Talent Management processes within the Key Account Group (KAG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in developing the annual and monthly training calendars and programme plans within the approved budget
• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of training programmes for executives as per the agreed schedule
• Execute Learning & Development initiatives driven by the Group HR team, including coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programmes
• Oversee the administration of the Performance Management System and Talent Management processes within the Key Account Group (KAG)

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

Experience

4–6+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, with exposure to Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Talent Management
