Infopro Learning is looking for a Leadership Development Program Manager to be embedded within a client's L&D/HR function, owning the day-to-day coordination and delivery of their leadership development programs. This is a client-facing role that blends program management, facilitation, and broader talent management support, with the credibility to operate confidently inside a client's organization.
What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end coordination and delivery of the client's leadership development program(s), from scheduling and logistics through close-out and evaluation.
- Facilitate or co-facilitate leadership development sessions and workshops, and create or edit program materials and presentations for participants, facilitators, and client stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for participants, facilitators, coaches, and client stakeholders throughout each program.
- Coordinate facilitators, coaches, and vendors on content, timing, venues/platforms, and materials.
- Manage program communications and track budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Administer program data in the LMS/talent platform (enrollments, attendance, completions, feedback) and report on KPIs.
- Support the client's broader talent management work, including the annual performance cycle, competency frameworks, and career pathing/internal mobility initiatives.
Requirements
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years in leadership development, L&D program management, or talent management, ideally client-facing or consulting.
- Demonstrated facilitation and training delivery experience, with confidence leading or co-facilitating leadership sessions and workshops.
- Skilled at creating clear, polished program materials and presentations for varied audiences.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder programs, including vendor and facilitator management.
- Working knowledge of talent management practices such as succession planning, competency modeling, or performance reviews.
- Experience with an LMS or talent management platform, plus reporting and data analysis for program metrics.
Location and engagement: Betzdorf, Luxembourg, or Chennai, India. Client-deployed, embedded within the client's L&D/HR function for the duration of the engagement.
