Our growing subsidiary BAUER Equipment Maghreb represents BAUER Maschinen GmbH in the Maghreb countries and is looking for a Parts & Service Manager (m/f/x) for its location in Casablanca, Morocco.

Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the service team to ensure high-quality technical support and excellent customer service
• Liaise with customers, Sales, Logistics and technical support teams to plan, coordinate and monitor service interventions and preventive maintenance activities
• Promote and develop the sales of spare parts, drilling tools and service solutions, including the preparation of quotations and follow-up of customer enquiries
• Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction through the effective resolution of technical issues and complaints
• Monitor service and parts performance, support inventory planning and ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with BAUER service standards and safety procedures

Damit überzeugen Sie uns:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
• Professional experience in after-sales service, spare parts sales, technical support or a similar position, ideally within the construction equipment or industrial machinery sector
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems and the ability to provide effective technical support to customers and service teams
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, combined with a customer-oriented and commercially driven approach
• Ability to communicate fluently in Arabic, French and English, both oral and written
