Job Description:

• Media/KOL clipping report - Compile and analyze media coverage to reflect our coverage on various media platforms.
• Monthly happening report – Prepare reports detailing upcoming promotions and events to ensure awareness and coordination among teams, for example Customer Care, Front Office, and operations team.
• Support video/ photo shooting (Prioritize students who majored/ experienced in photographing, filming, etc.)
• Support to organize and coordinate receptions for visiting food media and partners.
• Promotional Materials - Draft promotional materials and coordinate the review process in both Chinese and English
• Administrative Support: Provide junior-level administrative assistance, including business travel arrangements and reimbursement processing.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
• The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
