Continuous Improvements Co-Ordinator

Main Duties:

• Drive Lean activities, utilising tools such as Kaizens, VSM, waste walks, Gemba, 5S, etc…
• Deploy HES standards and tools through the shopfloor to improve production efficiency.
• Coordinate with production and support departments that all operators have necessary tools, including documentation, to perform their job at or better than routed rate.
• Support the development of the plant organisation and structure, with a Kaizen approach.
• Promote the Hutchinson Excellence System culture to the plant.
• Manage elements of the continuous improvement strategy projects as directed by the HES Manager.
• Lead performance workshops (Kaizen events) through the shopfloor.

Additional Duties:

• Support the coordination of all production line and equipment moves and installations.
• Collate, analyse, prepare and presenting continuous improvement data
• Support the Engineering and Production teams to build and maintain SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Carry out any other duties as requested by the management.
