Your responsibilities within our Tribe
- Participate in monitoring and improving the payment solutions used by the Group.
- Contribute to analysing the performance of the various payment methods and monitoring operational performance indicators.
- Participate in identifying and resolving incidents or issues related to payment solutions.
- Ensure that documentation and mapping of payment solutions are kept up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Operations, Performance, Contract Management) and external partners.
- Monitor developments in payment methods and market innovations.
- Contribute to projects involving the deployment or improvement of payment solutions.
- Participate in the implementation and monitoring of action plans aimed at improving the performance of payment solutions..
Your distinctive profile
- Higher educational degree (Bachelor's to Master's level) in Management, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent field.
- A first experience in financial services, payments, banking, or data analysis would be appreciated.
- Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable with data analysis and performance indicators.
- General knowledge of payment methods and the banking environment would be an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English is preferred.
- Good knowledge of internal business activities, tools, and processes would be an asset..
- Curious and interested in new technologies and financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability and willingness to learn and develop expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
