Job Description

• Transport guests, employees and authorized personnel safely and efficiently.
• Carry out hotel-related deliveries and collections when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, presentable, and maintained in good condition.
• Conduct daily checks of the vehicle, including fuel, tyres, lights, brakes, and fluid levels.
• Report any vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow all road traffic laws and hotel safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logbooks and records.
• Assist guests with luggage when required.
• Ensure punctuality when transporting guests or employees.
• Maintain professional and courteous behaviour at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and hotel information.

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle operated.
• Previous experience as a hotel or professional driver would be an advantage.
