Job description
SPIE Global Services Energy is Looking for Tax & Legal Coordinator to join its workforce in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, filing, payments follow-up of all taxes due; VAT, WHT, ITF, NSITF, PAYE (local & expats), CIT, Pensions and other statutory responsibilities.
- Making sure that company is compliant with all Tax & Legal requirements
- Managing tax audits
- Liaising with various authorities
- Postings, reviewing and matching of accounts in the ERP
- Liaising with company’s external solicitors on legal matters;
- Insurances Management
- In charge of relationship with Company Secretary
- Support in any other topic regarding Tax & Legal matters.
Profile
The incumbent will coordinate all legal and tax-related matters of the company. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, group policies, and best practices, while proactively identifying legal and tax risks and supporting business operations.
