We are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support the administration, operation, and continuous improvement of identity services across Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory environments.
• Manage user lifecycle activities, including provisioning, access modifications, and deprovisioning.
• Maintain and support authentication services, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and passwordless authentication solutions.
• Configure and troubleshoot Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Manage role-based access controls (RBAC), privileged accounts, and access governance processes.
• Conduct access reviews and support joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
• Monitor identity systems, troubleshoot access-related issues, and ensure platform reliability.
• Support audit, compliance, and security initiatives by maintaining documentation and generating reports.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate IAM processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 identities, groups, and access controls.
• Knowledge of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Conditional Access, and identity security best practices.
• Experience supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation technologies, including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), privileged access management, and least-privilege principles.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and process automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred.
