Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver individual and group activities that meet residents’ needs
• Encourage social interaction and participation, and document activity outcomes
• Maintain activity supplies and monthly activity schedules
• Follow health and safety requirements and report incidents
• Work collboratively with the care team to improve the activity programme

• Confident facilitating group activities with good communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and a supportive team member
• Willing to learn, follow guidance, and show leadership when needed
