About the Role
At Tuatara Brewery, we're passionate about brewing great beer and creating great experiences. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and with pride. Based at our Brewtown brewery, you'll work closely with the Packaging Manager and wider production team to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
What you'll do
- Carry out production activities safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
- Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
- Identify equipment maintenance requirements and support preventative maintenance activities.
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement across the brewery.
- Champion safe working practices and support a strong health and safety culture.
What you'll bring
- A reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
- A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in food/FMCG production/manufacturing is advantageous but not essential.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
