Senior Project Manager | Auckland, New Zealand

Join our Auckland Water team as a Senior Project Manager and lead medium to large, multidisciplinary projects that combine technical, commercial and delivery-focused thinking. You will guide projects from scope and planning through to delivery, helping teams achieve quality outcomes safely, on time and within budget.

Collaborating with specialists locally and remotely, you will coordinate resources, programmes, budgets, risks, change and quality processes.

This is an opportunity to build trusted relationships with clients, contractors, sub-consultants and industry partners while making complex challenges easier to understand. Your leadership and practical judgement will help create valuable business solutions and improve the effectiveness of water project delivery.

This role is full time, Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week and has a salary range of $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.

About you:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Post-graduate qualification in Project Management

Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a focus on Infrastructure, Transport or Water related civil projects

3-4 years experience managing projects within an engineering or professional services consultancy environment

Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.

A collaborative, client-focused approach and confidence working with people at all levels, across a matrix environment and with external partners.

A current clean driver licence, with availability to travel when required.
