Kiwibank’s Relationship Customer Onboarding team is focused on supporting our Commercial and Corporate Business customers during their onboarding journey. You will collaborate with customers to collect all required customer information and ensure AML-CDD and Foreign Tax compliance is met. In this role you will:

  • Take ownership of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Complete customer due diligence checks with a focus on AML and Foreign Tax compliance.
  • Collaborate with frontline teams and the Customer Verification team to meet compliance requirements.
  • Work with existing customers to strengthen their AML-CDD and Foreign Tax details and compliance.
  • Use standard processes and digital tools to simplify the onboarding experience.
  • Set up online banking, customer accounts, and profiles in our systems.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

At Kiwibank, we will help you build on your strengths and develop new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in contact center, branch or banking operations is required
  • Proven ability in resolving complex customer situations
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls and emails and building strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of customer due diligence checks, with a focus on AML and Foreign Tax compliance requirements
  • Strong process adherence, documentation, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated skill in using digital tools and learning new technologies.
  • An interest in contributing to process improvement initiatives.
