What You Can Expect:
WMS management - Process inbound and outbound warehouse orders
Inventory control - Provide regular stock and activity reports to customers.
Dispatching (communicating Internal / external).
General Inbound/Outbound Support:LCL cross dock loading/unloading.Picking, packing and dispatch of orders.
Operating forkliftsContainer loading/unloading.Loading/unloading trucks.
Carrying out daily safety checks.
Additional general warehouse duties as required housekeeping.
Respond to clients promptly to enquiries regarding inventory, deliveries, and order status.
Manage customer expectations and escalate operational issues where required.
Assist with invoice preparation and resolution of billing queries.
What You Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in Warehousing and or Forwarding Operations
- AP accreditation preferred
- Forklift experience
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS applications (e.g. Excel)
