Are you curious, analytical, and passionate about delivering fair customer outcomes?
We're looking for a Senior Conduct Investigation Analyst to join our Conduct & Customer Outcomes team. In this role, you'll support the delivery of conduct investigations, customer harm assessments, banker conduct reviews, and customer outcome reviews across Consumer & Business Banking.
A key focus of this position is overseeing the Good Sales Practice Dashboard and Banker Conduct Review programme. You'll analyse trends, identify conduct risks and emerging issues, investigate potential concerns, and turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations that support good sales practices and better customer outcomes.
You'll also support with investigation planning and delivery, reporting, governance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen controls and promote good sales practices.
You'll bring:
- Strong banking and lending knowledge
- Experience in investigations, risk, compliance, QA, remediation, financial crime, or customer outcomes
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends, patterns, and red flags
- Confidence working with data, dashboards, and stakeholder reporting
- Excellent judgement and communication skills
