Your Tasks – What You can expect as Assistant Manager Production & Maintenance?

• Support and coordinate daily production and maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted plant operations.
• Monitor production performance, equipment reliability, maintenance activities, and key operational KPIs.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with technicians and relevant service providers.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, productivity improvement, and equipment efficiency.
• Support the implementation of TPM, RCM, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper preparation and maintenance of production procedures, work instructions, maintenance records, and related documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Laboratory, Supply Chain, and other functions to resolve operational issues.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for production and equipment - related problems.
• Monitor production related stock and inventory requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for effective utilization and reprocessing of dead stock.
• Ensure compliance with Siegwerk’s safety, quality, environmental, and operational standards.

Your Profile – What do You Bring as Assistant Manager Production & Maintenance?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in production, maintenance, or a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM) and continuous improvement tools
• Strong analytical skills with a willingness to work with data, KPIs, and digital tools
• Hands-on mindset with motivation to learn production and maintenance operations
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with technicians and engineers
• Ability to develop, implement, and maintain production processes, procedures, and documentation
• Problem-solving attitude with a proactive and improvement‑oriented approach
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• English proficiency and MS Office (Excel) knowledge are considered an advantage
