Job Description

  • Lead the team of Store Associates in the department for mass merchandising, shelf management, stock management, and cleanliness of the department.
  • Keep track of product expiries during and after stock deliveries in coordination with Store Associates.
  • Train all team members by identifying and discussing their strengths and weaknesses to meet operational standards.
  • Reduce the shrinkage level in the department to the desired level.
  • Ensure 100% cleaning standards and reduce product expiries in the department.
  • Ensure 100% product shelf viability in the department.
  • Assist in stock ordering and maintain optimum stock levels in the department.
  • Mechanize the department before store opening.
  • Ensure product presentation according to the Planogram.
  • Address customer complaints to understand customers’ needs and expectations and propose solutions.
  • Maintain customer files and ensure the quality of customer data to communicate with customers in the most efficient way.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and annual inventory management to have the right stock for the right customer at the right time and maximize ROS.
  • Plan seasonal activities in line with merchandising, reordering, and staff scheduling requirements.
  • Ensure that each team member adheres to the policies and procedures announced by management.

Qualifications

Graduation with 3 years of hands-on experience.
