We are looking for a proactive and organized Associate Project Coordinator – Marketing to support the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns in a fast-paced tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables from start to finish.
Track timelines, tasks, deadlines, and project progress.
Coordinate with Marketing, Design, Content, Product, and other teams.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain project briefs, reports, documentation, and status updates.
Assist with digital campaigns, social media, content, events, and other marketing activities.
Identify delays or challenges and communicate them proactively.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, marketing, or a related role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira is a plus. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
