Responsibilities

-Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Full Stack features across EXPOSE and SEARCH.-Own the IAM and SSO strategy, including Okta Authorization Server design, OIDC flow architecture, and access control.-Define frontend engineering standards for React.js, including authentication patterns, state management, and performance optimization.-Drive technical discussions with architects.-Produce Architecture Decision Records and contribute to long term technical roadmaps.-Identify and resolve performance, scalability and security issues across the full technology stack.-Lead code reviews and promote quality automation using SonarQube and Snyk.-Mentor junior and mid level engineers.-Produce comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks and onboarding materials.

Essential skills

-Strong experience in Full Stack development with Java and React.js.-Deep knowledge of IAM architecture, SSO, Okta, and OIDC.-Proven ability in software architecture and making technical decisions.-Technical leadership and mentoring experience.

Desired skills

-Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Software Architect.-Advanced knowledge of Okta Authorization Server design.-Experience with multi brand or multi tenant access control.-Previous experience working with international architecture teams.
