The role - Data & AI Transformation Manager

As a Data & AI Transformation Manager, you will coordinate the delivery of strategy and functional projects on data, BI and AI, and support the PMO of subsequent technical projects. Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data, BI, and AI (including GenAI) initiatives, integrating strategy and execution across business and technical streams
• Translate business needs into scalable D&AI architectures, roadmaps, and product backlogs
• Manage delivery, ensuring quality execution and progress reporting within PMO structures
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (data engineers, BI developers, AI/ML specialists)
• Develop key artefacts (data models, governance frameworks, use cases, solution blueprints)
• Support pre-sales, including opportunity shaping and solution positioning.

Your profile

• BSc or MSc in Management, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
• At least 6 years of experience in data and/or AI-focused strategy, transformation and operations projects, and at least 2 years managing junior teams
• Ability to lead C-level client relationships and shape transformation roadmaps
• Proficiency with Microsoft ecosystems (PowerPoint, Excel, Copilot, and Agent Builder)
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, AI/ML and Generative AI, and key tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Power Query/BI
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
