Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us!⭐
Your mission will be…
- Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding contract-related matters;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.
We are looking for someone with…
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and French at C2 level, able to communicate freely with all relevant stakeholders and ensure contract clarity across teams;
- Microsoft Office Mastery: Good knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage contract information, track changes, and communicate effectively with sales, finance, and operations teams;
- Detail-Oriented & Accuracy-Focused: Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy—you catch errors others miss and take pride in clean, precise data because you understand that "good enough" isn't acceptable;
- Organizational Excellence: Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously, staying on top of renewal dates, expirations, and changes;
- Problem-Solver: When you spot a discrepancy, you track down the root cause and fix it—not just report it—understanding that accuracy in contracts prevents problems down the line;
- Proactive & Anticipatory: You don't wait to be asked—you anticipate what needs updating, stay ahead of renewal dates and changes, and flag issues before they become critical;
- Reliable Communicator: You explain contract details clearly to sales teams and coordinate smoothly with finance and operations, ensuring everyone understands terms and timelines;
- Process Thinker: You grasp how contract data flows through SAP and impacts downstream processes (invoicing, delivery, reporting), enabling you to make decisions that support the entire order-to-delivery cycle;
- Collaborative Team Player: You understand your role supports others' success—you're happy to clarify contract terms for a sales rep or help finance verify invoicing details, knowing that collaboration enables everyone to succeed;
- Continuous Learner: You propose process improvements, embrace new tools, methods (e.g. Lean/Agile), and Artificial Intelligence, and actively look for ways to strengthen contract administration and support organizational growth.
Further Requirements (Nice to Have):
- SAP knowledge (contract-related modules) and comfort with Siemens-specific IT tools—we can train, but experience is a plus!
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role;
- Basic understanding of contract management principles;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
What We Offer
- Belong & Innovate: Work in diverse teams where every idea matters and innovation grows through collaboration and trust.
- Flexibility that Works: Hybrid model, flexible hours, and a home office budget — because balance fuels performance.
- Health & Well-being: Comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, and active sports communities to keep you feeling your best.
- Grow Without Limits: Access world-class learning platforms, mentoring, and continuous development opportunities.
- Purpose & Perks: Contribute to sustainability and volunteer initiatives, enjoy partner discounts, and take advantage of our convenient shuttle service.
Please attach your CV in English to your application.
