Job Description

• Design and improve global processes and workflows; identify bottlenecks and develop practical solutions together with the relevant teams
• Create clear process documentation, standards, and instructions that support compliant and consistent ways of working
• Support process improvement activities using Lean and Six Sigma methods; track KPIs and prepare easy-to-understand reports
• Work with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and central departments to align processes with business goals and compliance needs
• Prepare and deliver trainings that help colleagues understand and apply new processes in daily work

Qualifications

• 2–-3 years of experience in process design, engineering, or an R&D environment
• Experience in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, chemical, or laboratory environments is a plus
• Good understanding of Lean Management, process design methods, combined with strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis methods
• Ability to create clear technical documentation, process descriptions, and work instructions
• First experience in project management and process improvements
• Good communication skills and confidence working with different international teams and functions
• Knowledge of quality management systems and ISO standards is helpful
• Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance, change management, or training is a plus
