RPA Process Engineering Specialist

The RPA Process Engineering Specialist drives large‑scale automation and process optimization initiatives across the organization. This role delivers enterprise‑level improvements by implementing innovative methodologies, leading complex engineering work, and driving operational transformation. This role enhances service quality, reliability, and efficiency across global teams—indirectly benefiting customers through improved business performance and streamlined service delivery.

Leadership of Complex RPA & IE Projects

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex RPA and Industrial Engineering projects aligned with business strategy
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, RPA, Industrial Engineering, and executive teams
• Mentor Industrial and Process Engineers, supporting project execution and resource allocation
• Lead process re-engineering and workflow optimization across departments

Advanced Industrial Engineering & Methodology Development

• Lead development and continuous improvement of waste-identification methodologies
• Develop tailored approaches for time studies and IE reviews
• Document IE procedures, standards, best practices, and reusable tools
• Conduct IE reviews, including time studies, workload, and productivity analyses
• Process and interpret statistical data and improve analytical formulas

Process Analysis, Mapping & Optimization

• Analyze processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, defects, and non-value-added activities
• Review process recordings and translate findings into improvement opportunities
• Develop process and value-stream maps to support redesign and optimization
• Assess processes for RPA suitability, identify root causes, and recommend automation or process improvements

Project Coordination, Testing & Continuous Improvement

• Manage project tracking, user stories, and progress monitoring in JIRA
• Coordinate testing and implementation of RPA and process improvements
• Manage business change requests and follow-up
• Support RPA Engineers with process details and validation

What we expect from you:

Technical Skills

• Expertise in industrial engineering methodologies, including time studies, IE reviews, and value‑stream mapping
• Skilled in advanced statistical analysis and data interpretation
• Strong competency in Adonis, JIRA, MS Office, and other operational tools
• Experience drawing high‑level process maps, modeling complex workflows, and documenting improvement proposals
• Advanced ability to evaluate automation suitability and prepare RPA‑related technical documentation (AS‑IS, TO‑BE, PDDs, Business Cases)

Even better if you have:

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or Technical, Project Management, or Agile Certification
• Relevant experience in industrial engineering, RPA delivery, automation, or large‑scale process improvement
• Proficiency in English language
• Thought leadership and ability to define best practices for industrial engineering and process optimization
• Strategic decision‑making capabilities in support of enterprise‑wide process improvements
