Join EY and become part of a team that helps clients relocate employees from countries around the world to Slovakia. As an Immigration Consultant, you will support the entire immigration process, from preparing documentation to communicating with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities

Support clients and their employees throughout the immigration process when relocating to Slovakia.

Prepare and coordinate documentation required for residence and work permits, visas, and other related formalities.

Communicate with clients, government authorities, embassies, and other stakeholders.

Attend meetings at the Foreign Police Department and other authorities.

Review and process received documents and information.

Coordinate individual immigration cases in cooperation with clients, HR teams, and the international EY network.

Monitor legislative changes and develop expertise in immigration regulations.

Contribute to other global mobility projects, including tax, employment law, and social security matters related to international employee relocations.

Skills and attributes for success

Fluent in English and Slovak, both spoken and written.

Previous experience communicating with immigration authorities, embassies, or other government institutions regarding immigration services is a significant advantage.

Knowledge of Slovak and EU immigration regulations and legislation is welcomed

.Eagerness to learn and continuously develop new knowledge and skills.

Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Proactive approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good computer skills, including MS Office.
