Your Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate requirements and develop digitalization concepts, consult regarding the functional digital transformation and work as business participant in digitalization and IT projects for the organizational area assigned.
• Collect, discuss, and bundle business needs in close alignment with IT Responsible, shaping all aspects of demands effectively.
• Consult and guide functional efforts, ensuring that business requirements are translated into tangible solutions and participate in IT and digitalization projects relevant to the assigned organizational area.
• Define business requirements, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business or functional stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions, making sure that standardized and IT provided platforms are considered as well as market trends.
• Develop business cases and concepts in cooperation with business or function, initiate projects and monitor their execution from a functional perspective to ensure alignment with business and IT goals.
• Interact and collaborate with work councils and governance stakeholders to address and coordinate non-functional requirements.

Your Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics and Modeling, Software Engineering
• 3 to 5 years
