Role & Responsibility:
- Leading NPI operation and PE is technical window with design team to get TPD,
- Communicating Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Test, and request support for NPI technical issue
- Holding product sample & mass production meeting to check related activities
- Checking component spec and creating product BOM
- Introducing and managing product related engineering change
- Performing failure analysis to check the root cause during sample build
- Conducting product document collection and project gating
- Improving product yield rate in mass production
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in electronic or engineering.
- 3+ years work experience of product engineering or new product introduce or product management
- Experience in IC packaging and SiP products’ process development
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external.
- TOEIC > 550 or equivalent English certificate
- Familiar with digital & analog circuit analysis
- Good computer skills in CAD, CAM350, Microsoft office
- Prefer with understanding APQP
