What product & team will you be working on?
Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.
You'd join Nibble's marketing team as the lead of Paid Media Design, shaping the ideas that drive business goals, while working closely with User Acquisition and Creative Marketing.
This team has already grown into a fully functional unit: currently 4 in-house + project-based designers, making performance work for Meta, TikTok, Google, and others, across different foreign markets and locales, with new ones joining all the time.
The foundation is already there: the team, the scope, the way things run. What's missing is someone to hold it all and take it further.
Why do we need you?
Creative is king. It's what turns user acquisition's reach into results, and as the lead, you're the one who shapes how we grow our spend.
In practice, your team is contributing to:
- CAC and pROAS. A steady stream of fresh, tested creative is what keeps acquisition efficient as audiences get tired of seeing the same thing.
- How fast we can grow. Every new channel or locale is waiting on creative before it can really start spending — you're the one who sets that pace.
- What it costs to make. The more thoughtfully you automate and reuse what already works, the more the team can take on.
To make that happen, this team needs someone to lead it, and you're exactly who we're looking for.
In your first 6–12 months, we'll know you've succeeded when:
- Scaling strategies work, and spend grows with them. Winning approaches get identified and scaled.
- New platforms get their own playbook. Every new channel or locale launches with a tailored creative approach that performs fast.
- Your team handles launches, new locales, busy weeks. Capacity is planned for it.
- AI-first, craft still holds. Automation covers repeatable work, freeing headspace for bold ideas while quality stays consistent.
- Your team knows why their work matters, with room to chase new ideas.
What do your responsibilities look like?
- Hold the line on quality and safety. You're the one making sure every piece of creative, across channels and locales, meets the bar and stays within the rules (platform policy, AI disclosure, brand safety).
- Turn goals into a plan people can run with. Growth and paid media targets become quarterly creative OKRs, broken down into concrete goals for each person on the team.
- Run three hubs efficiently. Localization, motion, creative design: you decide how capacity gets shared between them, how much lands with your in-house team versus contractors, and how scaling and localization cycles get planned.
- Invest in your people. Reviews, onboarding, PDPs, regular 1:1s: real attention that helps people grow.
- Stay curious about what's next. New creative strategies, doubling down on what's already working, testing new tools, and giving newer things like UGC, in-house production, and AI-made creative a real home inside the team.
Who are you?
- You've done the production. 3+ years in performance creative for paid social, with hands-on experience running production on Meta, TikTok, or Google inside a performance loop.
- You've led people. 1+ years with direct reports, running the full cycle: 1:1s, PDPs, performance reviews.
- Numbers are part of how you see the work. CTR, pROAS, CAC, hook rate shape your brief as much as any visual does.
- You've scaled creative before. Concept frameworks that produce multiple executions, a refresh cadence, and reuse across formats and placements are familiar territory.
- You forecast capacity like a resourcing lead. Demand forecasting, scope assessment, closing gaps through contractors or hiring are second nature.
- AI is already part of how you think about production. You build with it, alongside engineers.
- You know the platforms cold. Meta, Google, TikTok, including ad policy and AI-disclosure requirements.
- You run on OKRs. Quarterly planning that cascades into focus areas people actually care about.
What do we offer?
- Work within an ambitious team on a socially impactful education product.
- An office with a reliable shelter, generators, satellite internet, and other amenities.
- Access to our corporate knowledge base and professional communities.
- Personal development plan.
- Compensation for English language learning, external training, and courses.
- Medical insurance and full sick leave compensation.
- Company doctor and massage in the office.
- Sports activities: running, yoga, boxing, and more.
- Corporate holidays: we go on a week-long paid holiday to rest and recharge twice a year. Besides that, we provide 20 paid vacation days per year.
- Supporting initiatives that help Ukraine. Find out more about our projects here.
