General Manager
- Copper Quail Global
- Uganda
- UGX 300,000,000 – UGX 600,000,000
Key Responsibilities
●Own the P&L and overall commercial performance of the company in Uganda, building the business from its current base.
●Design and execute the go-to-market strategy, including brand building, marketing campaigns and channel development for Uganda's key crops — coffee, maize, sunflower, beans, banana and horticultural crops.
● Run a dual-track channel strategy: (1) build and manage a nationwide agro-dealer and

relationships with commercial farms, coffee estates, cooperatives and outgrower schemes.
● Secure and grow strategic accounts in the coffee and maize value chains, supported by a
credible local technical service capability.
● Recruit, lead and develop the local team — including market development & customer
service staff, warehouse & logistics management, and agronomists.
● Oversee supply chain management into Uganda (including imports via Mombasa/Dar es
Salaam corridors) and lead the design of the local warehousing solution (self-built vs.
professional third-party logistics).
● Drive and maintain the company's product registration portfolio in Uganda as a core market
asset.
● Act as the primary interface between the Ugandan operation and the Board of Directors;
travel frequently between Uganda and China.
