Line Lead, CCC

1. Mục tiêu công việc

Thực hiện, điều phối và giám sát các hoạt động kiểm tra chất lượng tại khu vực CCC; đồng thời quản lý nhân viên trong line, đảm bảo sản phẩm, vật tư và các hoạt động kiểm tra được thực hiện đúng yêu cầu, tiêu chuẩn và quy trình của bộ phận.

2. Mô tả công việc

• Thực hiện và giám sát các công việc kiểm tra chất lượng tại CCC, đảm bảo sản phẩm đáp ứng yêu cầu chất lượng của bộ phận và khách hàng.
• Quản lý, phân công và hướng dẫn nhân viên trong line thực hiện công việc đúng quy trình và hướng dẫn công việc.
• Đọc hiểu tài liệu, tiêu chuẩn và các yêu cầu liên quan để hướng dẫn nhân viên thực hiện đúng.
• Theo dõi, ghi chép chính xác công việc thực hiện và cập nhật số liệu đầy đủ, chính xác.
• Đảm bảo việc giao nhận sản phẩm, vật tư đúng yêu cầu và đúng quy trình.
• Theo dõi tình trạng thiết bị, đảm bảo các thiết bị sử dụng trong quá trình kiểm tra chính xác, trong tình trạng tốt và còn hiệu lực hiệu chuẩn.
• Đề xuất điều chỉnh tài liệu hoặc quy trình khi phát hiện nội dung chưa phù hợp với thực tế.
• Tuân thủ các quy định về chất lượng, an toàn, môi trường và thực hiện tốt 6S tại khu vực làm việc.
• Báo cáo kịp thời các vấn đề liên quan đến thiết bị hoặc các vấn đề phát sinh cho cấp quản lý.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.

3. Yêu cầu công việc

• Ứng viên bên ngoài: Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp hoặc Cao đẳng.
• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Line Lead hoặc vị trí tương đương trong môi trường sản xuất.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất quy mô lớn và có kinh nghiệm kiểm tra sản phẩm.
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các dụng cụ kiểm tra như dụng cụ cầm tay, kính hiển vi, micromet... là một lợi thế.
• Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu, hướng dẫn và quản lý, phân công công việc cho nhân viên trong line.
• Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, tuân thủ quy trình và có khả năng xử lý công việc theo yêu cầu chất lượng.
